eeejl Terms & Conditions – Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the eeejl website at eeejl.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any other digital service operated by eeejl.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform and its services.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using actual funds deposited into the Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity and age verification processes required by applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the Platform for Filipino players.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and other gaming products offered through the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an eeejl Account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
2. Be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Players;
3. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine contact details;
4. Not already hold an existing active eeejl Account — each player is permitted one Account only;
5. Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with eeejl or any other gaming operator;
6. Not be resident in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
7. Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an eeejl employee in a role with access to game or platform systems.

eeejl reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Registration of an Account does not guarantee access to all Services; eligibility for specific games or betting markets may be subject to additional verification.

3 KYC and Identity Verification

eeejl is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. By registering an Account, you consent to these verification procedures.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your account's lifetime where eeejl deems it necessary, you will be required to provide:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or voter's ID);
• A selfie confirming your identity matches the submitted document;
• Proof of your registered residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of source of funds where deposit amounts warrant enhanced due diligence under applicable regulations;
• Additional documentation as may be required by eeejl's compliance team in specific circumstances.

eeejl may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe notified by eeejl may be suspended and balances held pending resolution. All documentation submitted is processed in accordance with eeejl's Privacy Policy.

4 Account Security and Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeejl Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify eeejl immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. eeejl will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Your disclosure of login details to any third party, whether intentionally or negligently;
• Use of your Account on shared, public, or insecure devices;
• Phishing or social engineering attacks where you have voluntarily disclosed credentials to impersonators.

eeejl staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any contact purporting to be from eeejl requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. You are responsible for ensuring your registered email address and mobile number remain current; failure to maintain accurate contact details may hinder account recovery.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

eeejl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by eeejl's payment systems;
• eeejl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified eeejl Account;
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing;
• eeejl processes GCash and Maya withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution;
• eeejl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.

Deposits made in error, or which are not matched to a valid registered Account, will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe subject to applicable processing fees of the relevant payment provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

eeejl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the applicable offer. The following general conditions apply to all eeejl promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds;
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of eeejl and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice;
• One bonus per household, per IP address, per payment method, and per device is the default limit unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms;
• Players who eeejl determines are exploiting bonus structures in bad faith — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

eeejl's VIP loyalty program operates under its own terms, which supplement but do not replace these general Terms & Conditions. VIP tier status and associated benefits are determined at eeejl's discretion and may change without prior notice.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games offered on the eeejl Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are published within the game's information section.

Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers under their own game-specific rules, which are displayed within each live table session. By participating in any live dealer game, you acknowledge and accept the rules of that game as presented.

The following fair play provisions apply to all eeejl Services:

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, eeejl's system will record the last confirmed game state. Wagers placed in rounds affected by technical errors may be voided and stakes returned at eeejl's discretion;

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eeejl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to obscure the origin of funds;
• Collusion with other players or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of software, artificial intelligence, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after using deposited funds for wagering;
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programs through exploitation of system vulnerabilities or multiple account creation;
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at eeejl staff or other players through any Platform channel;
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

Where eeejl identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation, close the Account, and refer the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

9 Responsible Gaming

eeejl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session logout after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming result;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from eeejl. Minimum temporary exclusion period is seven days. Permanent exclusion is irrevocable. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the eeejl Platform, including but not limited to the eeejl brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to eeejl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without eeejl's prior written consent;
• Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any Platform software;
• Framing or mirroring of the Platform on any third-party website;
• Use of eeejl's brand name, logo, or trademarks without express written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeejl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or damage to your device resulting from Platform access;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Errors in game outcome resulting from technical malfunction where eeejl has acted in good faith to resolve the issue;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits eeejl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law. eeejl's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data

eeejl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept eeejl's Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include collection of registration information, financial transaction records, gaming activity logs, and KYC documentation. 13 Account Suspension and Closure

eeejl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, and to withhold or void any associated balances or pending winnings, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal by your payment provider;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account suspension;
• Your voluntary request for self-exclusion under eeejl's responsible gaming tools.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting eeejl support. Prior to closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC confirmation.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the eeejl Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process set out below.

15 Amendments to These Terms

eeejl may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eeejl will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address, on-Platform notification, or both. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
